Oh, and they're almost entirely staffed by convicts on the prison work release program. No joke. If your server appears intoxicated, it's likely that he is. The kitchen staff is a damn joke. This is all new, didn't used to be this way.

need to feel greasy? Or sticky? This is the place! You can get any flavor of syrup and eat your weight in grub at a reasonable price, but...later you may wish you hadn't.
Pros: affordable for the not to picky Cons: loud, sticky ew
