Make Monday, Wednesday & Friday Interval (HIIT) & Circuit “Tabata” Training Days Our work outs are based on the Tabata system high intensity work with short breaks which turbo charges your metabolism for 24 to 48 hours AFTER your work out. Regular aerobics do not even come close even at twice the time. Tuesday and Thursday are Kickboxing Xtreme Insanity Days. You will have a blast beating the crap out of the bags... and I am telling you after a rough day there is nothing better to get the aggression out! Hey I don’t mean to say we do not like aerobics because I am telling you there is nothing like getting the heart rate up by kicking and punching a bag. This class is a mix of boxing, martial arts and kickboxing done to music at a faster pace to keep your heart rate up and you wondering when it will end. Great for cardiovascular conditioning.
